To give you some background info on this, I was traveling to the Western Slope of Colorado towards Grand Junction, from Dallas. I encountered some blizzard conditions and my four door Toyota sedan was no match for the roads and slipped off, spun around a few times and hit a barbed wire fenced post which wrapped around my car completely on the sides and underneath.
My insurance company told me to tow it to these great folks, but they were the closest ones nearest that was approved by my insurance (major brand) and were 35 miles away. After bribing the tow truck driver to take me even with AAA paying them, I finally made it there.
These folks here are very polite and will work with you to get your car fixed and even when I thought Enterprise had a reservation for me one of the great ladies at the front office went to compromise and found me a rental to make it back home to Dallas area, albeit it was 30 minutes away and the only car left I got it in time to continue my trip and make it back home in time. A+
